Founded in 1985, Nanjing Jingwei Patent Agency Corp. Ltd. is a foreign-related intellectual property law firm appointed by the State Intellectual Property Office that is authorized by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, the first foreign-related patent agency that is specialized in patent agency business in Jiangsu Province, and at the same time, the first foreign-related patent agency that was developed out of a college and university patent office in China.
The firm was formed on the ground of former Southeast University Patent Office by integrating senior experts and agents from places like famous universities and the Chinese Academy of Science System. Due to its special background, the firm has rather more excellent technical force and more specialized and comprehensive services in respect of intellectual property law, as a result, it can provide more pertinent and effective services to clients in the course of acting as the agent.
